HISTORY

Founded in the early post-war period, the Ferrante company has a common thread that has been handed down from generation to generetion: the plate. Since 1920, the company has always been angaged both the sale and production of the plate. In fact, during the 1970s, together with a group of Roman business men, it established the ceramics production center of Civita Castellana (Viterbo) and subsequently the Ferrante family became a partner of capitals of PDM Spa, one of the largest producers of plates in Europe until the nineties. In the 2000s, with the advent of too competitive China, the production ovens were moved first to Poland, then to Turkey and finally to Portugal. Very important years because they made it possible to make new friendships and to strengthen others that today allow the Ferrante company to be able to supply inside and outside Europe without any problem and in a competitive way.
In 2019 the FERRANTE HOTEL DIVISION EAST EUROPE was born in Tirana with an additional logistic platform of 3000 square meters with the aim of better procuring from our European and extra European suppliers.
In the same year the FERRANTE TRADING AND CONTRACTING was born in Doha, with the purpose of following customers in the middle east.

VISION

Lovers of the “mise en place”, both classic and modern, we’re always traveling around the world, constantly looking for new products, materials and cooking facilities suitable for new cooking techniques.
A particular interest is given to the world of personal care and to the world of ‘mixology’, now a must for excellent accommodation facilities.
But their origins are never forgotten; large organized structures, military and hospital canteens are always at the center of our research,
as they are closely linked and conditioned by the always different regulations in force.
